Frequently asked questions
Is DarPaws free?
Yes. The app is free and has no ads. Pet sitters set a price for each service (per hour, walk, night or session), and you see the estimated total before you book.
How do I report a lost pet?
Community tab → + → “Report a missing pet”. Add photos and the place: neighbours within 5 km get an alert. Mark it “found” when it’s back: the post disappears and its photos are deleted.
Can I sell a pet on DarPaws?
No. Only free adoption is allowed. Report any post asking for money with the ⋯ menu.
What if I need to change the date?
From the booking, you or the sitter can propose a new time. The other accepts or declines, and the estimated price is recalculated.
Which cities?
We’re starting in Casablanca. Pet sitters in other cities can already create their profile.
How do I choose a pet sitter?
Check their profile, services, rate, distance and reviews from other owners. You can also add a message to your request.
What about iPhone?
DarPaws is available on Android. An iPhone version is planned.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account, or on our dedicated web page. All your data is erased.
